Bangkok Trip Day-3 Dinner at Soul Food Mahanakorn

After shop the Platinum mall,Ong Liang and I went to search for birthday cake.We walked whole the shopping mall and shops near there,we saw ice-cream cakes and some cakes were too expensive and big.We were quite worried,it’s like the whole Bangkok didn’t have a cake shop.So,we let our birthday friend back to hotel first and we went to find a cake shop.Swee hoon,Ong Liang,Dennis and me,we walked to another town to find a cake shop.Finally,let us found a cake shop,and we bought a Pandan cake for her birthday.I still can remember Dennis Tan taught the cake shop girl to write the birthday words in cursive.After bought the cake,we walked to subway.
While walking to the subway to sit BTS,Ong Liang saw something like washing hands shampoo on the table.I felt so weird,that’s no any virus or disease there,what for to put a shampoo there? Ong Liang used it to wash hands,after a few seconds,he was like,”Oh no,my hands are very ‘spicy’, that’s not for hands wash,it’s for cleaning the mirror one.” We all keep laughing.After that we reached another town and searched for the restaurant.It’s Soul Food Mahanakorn.I heard that it’s the restaurant in top 10 the best restaurant in Bangkok.We found it and this is a special restaurant,every table will have a personal waiter to serve you,and their service was really good.We just keep playing and fooling the waiter there.We keep speaking our broken Thai to him and keep asking about the food,the food name,the ingredients and so on.I remember a food called ‘’Chicken Rice Noodles” my friend asked is it noodles or rice? Bangkok Trip Day-3 The Cheapest place to shop-Platinum mall

I’m sure everyone of us love shopping,especially girls.Shopping is like women life.Here is a place to introduce to you,if you go to Thailand,Bangkok,this place you MUST go to shop.It’s Platinum Fashion Mall,the cheapest shopping mall in Bangkok!! All things there are very cheap.The clothes,the shoes,the bags,souvenir and so on.It’s Thailand largest wholesale fashion mall too,inside has 2,500 shops!!! There’s 6th flours in one building.There’s also Korea restaurant,Japanese restaurant,Vietnamese restaurant,Chinese restaurant,and Islamic restaurant.Those who like shopping,this is the must shop mall to you.

Bangkok Trip Day-2 Siam Niramit Show

After the Ancient Siam,we back to the hotel to get a rest and had a shower.In the evening,we went to next destination,it’s Siam Niramit Show.Before going to Siam Niramit Show,we had taken a picture in our hotel lift. =D

Their gate open at 5:30 pm,so,we arrived there on time.

Bangkok trip Day-2 Ancient Siam

Ancient Siam as know as Ancient City is the world’s biggest open-air museum.It occupies an area of 500 rails (200 acres). Construction began in the latter part of 1963.The Ancient City shows the history,cultures,religious,arts,and customs of Thai people from dawn until now.Inside the Ancient City,it has 99 places,I think you can’t visit all the places in one day,it’s very big.It located at Samut Prakan,Central Thailand.The address is Tambon Bang Pu Mai, at Km. 33.5 of the old Sukhumvit Road, 8 kilometres from Samut Prakan town.
The ticket were bought before get in the Ancient city.

I’m police,call me Madam!!

Before you get inside the city,they will take you go to round awhile and look through the city inside.They will introduce the places and stories to you one by one.But when we were there,all way long we didn’t understand what they said,they spoke in Thai,and I think they need an English translator.

Bangkok Trip-Dinner at Cabbages & Condoms Restaurant

This restaurant was quite special for me.When we heard the name,we were like…'' huh’’ for a minute.This restaurant not only offer excellent food, but they also promote the health and safety aspects of condom use in a fun and amusing manner.All proceeds from the restaurants are used to fund the social development programs of PDA.Well,inside the restaurant,all these were made by condoms.The Santa Claus,the models,the light and everything!! Even on the table we also can see the condoms design.It was very fun.

This was how the outdoor look.There were light on the trees everywhere.

Bangkok Trip-Day 1

On 29.12.11 night time,prepared for this Bangkok Trip!! packed the clothes and so on,IC check, Passport check,luggage OK! Uh..what else?? Everything was ok,slept earlier and get ready for Bangkok!

On the next day 31/12, we woke up earlier and prepared everything then went my friend Ong Liang's house,a van came to fetch us went to the Penang Airport.When we arrived Penang Airport,all of us very excited and ready to check in.

Bangkok Trip Countdown 2012

After eating dinner at Cabbages & Condoms restaurant,we went Central World which near our hotel.There was a big concert and people everywhere.Before 12 am,we were shopping and walking around the shopping centre.We had fun with each other and took photos everywhere.=)

WAAA~~~~ a lot of ice-cream!!! very hungry already when we saw this….

Uh…Uh..I admit,we are really too free and nothing to do already..

The toilet quite nice….XD,the seriously,the decoration really nice.
keep window shopping and walking…Finally,reached 11:58 something…we went to see the concert,it’s almost time to countdown!!!
