Photo Shoot in Garden

Uh...this was my 4th time photo shooting.This time was my friend dated me to accompany her and we got a photographer too.It's early in the morning,and I had to wake up earlier to make-up myself,not my cousin anymore.So..uh..it's a bit..not really nice..haha.About 8 o'clock something,I reached the Sungai Petani Taman Juri Perak.I was alone there and waiting for my friend and the photographer.well,i didn't know the photographer at all and my friend called me suddenly,she told me the photographer arrived there already too and asked me to get to know of the photographer myself,I was like what?! I had to meet a stranger that I didn't know and asked him take my photos?? It's sound funny...but after awhile,a guy walked towards me and asked me am I the model.Ya,that's him already,I didn't have to find him.He introduced himself to me too.After that,my friend arrived there and we started the photo shooting.

Europe VS Chinese

A story about A Girl get Bully by her Madam.

This is the madam (my friend swee hoon).This was her 1st tried and 1st time make-up.After make-up,she became a totally different person,and my cousin so proud of herself.My cousin said she succeeded with her look.She had a best ShangHai look.

There were a fight between two of them.The left hand side was the madam(swee hoon) and right hand side was me.Of course the madam act bad woman,and I act as a good girl. =P

Europe Style of Photo Shooting

Well,this is my 3rd time of photo shooting!! It's a Europe style,but since I'm a Asian,so,I created my own style finally.=P This time was my cousin's friend make up for me.She tied up my hair with braid,and I love it!! I brought many dress went to my cousin's house again,and finally,we chose this purple dress.It's more suitable for this style.So,we started our work!!

Photo Shooting Time(Rock&Roll)

My cousin works as a make-up artist.She likes to make up for people,so,I'm her model.And it's all about my shooting times. =) I woke up very early around 7 a.m something and waited for my cousin to fetch me went to her house.Well,we had breakfast together first and rest awhile at her house.Then she started her make-up skill.

This were the things she's going to use...so many types of brushes.Every types of brushes have its own use.

She put many things on my face!! like maskara,eyeliners,lipstick,and so on....quite heavy seriously.

After finished make-up,the table became so messy,and she likes to use ''MAC'' for make up.

And finally,this is her result!!

This is my first time to give my cousin make-up.Well,she's a good make-up artist and I'm her model started from that day.Because she first time to make-up for me,to prevent scared me to make-up,she prefer to do a soft style for me.Here are some pictures of my look in soft style.=P

Dong Zhi eat Tangyuan

For Chinese Festival during DongZhi,this food which name as Tangyuan is traditionally eaten.Tangyuan is a  Chinese dessert made from glutinous rice flour.Glutinous rice flour is mixed with small amount of water to form balls and then cooked in boiling water and served with sugar weet soup.Tangyuan can be either big or small,can be fill or unfilled with fillings.It is traditionally eaten during Yuan Xiao (Chap Goh Meh),Lantern Festival(Tanglung festival) and Dongzhi ( Winter Solstice).You can add the ginger in the soup or using brown sugar sweet to cook the soup.You can follow your taste and add some gingko nuts too.Nowadays,this food is eaten all year round.Mass-produced Tangyuan can find in the frozen food of supermarket in Malaysia.

The History Of Tangyuan

 A number of different names were used to refer to tangyuan.During the Yongle era of the Ming Dynasty,the name was called as Yuanxiao,and derived from the Yuanxiao Festival.This name means ''First evening'',being the first full moon or new moon after Chinese New Year.This name is used in northern China.

However,in southern China,they are called Tangyuan as Tangtuan.Lagend has it that during Yuan Shikai's rule from 1912-1916.They disliked the name of YuanXiao cause it sounded identical to ''remove Yuan'' and they changed the name to Tangyuan instead.This name literally means "round balls in soup".In the two Chinese dialects,Hakka and Cantonese, "tangyuan" is pronounced as tongrhen and tong jyun.Tangyuan similarly means ''round dumplings in soup''.

The Meaning of eating Tangyuan


For many families in China,Tangyuan is actually eaten together with the whole family.The round shape of the balls and the bowls where they are served,which means the family togetherness.So,it's a good time that you eat Tangyuan with your family.


The Meaning of Dong Zhi Festival (Winter solstice)


The Dongzhi or Winter solstice Festival (冬至;''The Extreme of Winter'')is one of the most important festival for Chinese and other East Asians too during Dongzhi solar term or around December of 22.This origins of the festival can be traced back to the Yin and Yang philosophy of balance and harmony in the cosmos.After this celebration, there will be days with longer daylight hours and an increase in positive energy flowing in.The philosophical significance of this is symbolized by the I Ching hexagram fù (復, "returning").Also,this festival is the time for family to get together.One of the activity that Chinese do when get together is making Tangyuan.They are cooked in sweet soup.They have many colours can be used in Tangyuan.

In northern China, people eat dumplings in Dongzhi. It is said to have originated from Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty.On one cold winter day, he saw the poor suffering from chilblains on their ears. Feeling sympathetic, he ordered his apprentices to make dumplings with lamb and other ingredients, distributed them among the poor to keep them warm to keep their ears from getting chilblains.Since the dumplings were shaped like ears, Zhang named the dish "qùhán jiāoěr tāng" (祛寒嬌耳湯) or dumpling soup that expels the cold. From that time on, it has been a tradition to eat dumplings on the day of Dongzhi to keep the ears from getting chilblains.


How to make Tangyuan


Ingredients:

• glutinous rice flour
• suitable amount of water
• food colouring(optional)
• white sugar / brown sugar
• ginger(optional)

Firstly,pour the glutinous rice flour in to a bowl and add water slowly until the texture dough.

After that,pinch off pieces of dough and roll it into small balls shape.

prepare a sweet soap by boiling water and add white sugar / brown sugar into it,gingers can be add into soup.Then drop the small balls into boiling water and cook until they float about 5-10 minutes.

A bowl of sweet Tangyuan has be done.=)

Thailand Hat Yai Trip-Booming incident

I overnight in my cousin John Teoh house for going to Thailand,Hatyai on the next day.We chatted and so excited for the next day coming….and we didn’t know this would happen to us…

We woke up early in the morning and waiting for our van to fetch us went to customs.It’s quite rush for us,we always forgot to take this and that….so,we arrived late there.When on the way to customs,we were so happy and singing all the way long…..We arrived the duty-free shop and changed our money from Ringgit to baht.And continue our journey>>>

After arrived customs,check in and we went to our hotel,it’s Centara Hotel which just place in front of Lee garden Plaza.

Suddenly,I was stomach pain and went to toilet,then I heard a loud “BOOM!!!” sound,and my cousins kept asking what happened? Is it an accident?? and they shouted '”it’s boom!!! it’s boom!! RUN!!” .My aunt kept asking me came out,she even asked me not need to wear pants..LOL,haha,but I was quite calm that time,so I didn’t do as she said,I washed hands,came out and took my bag,hand phone and so on.We ran down to lobby and saw the outside situation from lobby.

The McDonalds mirror broke into pieces and people kept running in the street….it’s quite scary,I felt myself like in the 

movie…
